Family Camp at Yosemite 2007

Since we had such a good turn-out and so much fun last year we have once again planned a family weekend at the Yosemite Bug for the weekend of July 13 to 15, 2007. This year we are expecting a larger number of mountain climbers, National Park enthusiasts and adventure minded Zoroastrians and their friends.

Members of the Zoroastrian Association of California (ZAC) of Los Angeles, as well as ZYNA (Zoroastrian Youth of North America) are also planning to join us for this fun event.

Here are some details: You travel in your own car, car-pooling is recommended.
The Yosemite Bug is located outside the National Park on Highway 140. The camp site offers everything from Dormitory accommodations to private rooms with your own bath-room. There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant, but you can also bring your own breakfast and use the camper’s kitchen. For further details visit http://www.yosemitebug.com/

The Bug has a variety of accommodations: All prices are per night and subject to 10% Tax
Dorm Beds: $ 18.00 per person,
Tent Cabins: $ 45.00 for two persons, $ 55.00 for up to four persons
Private room with shared bath (two beds) $ 65.00,
Private room with private bath: $ 95.00 for 2 persons or $ 115.00 for 4 persons

The Bug has generously offered ZANC an additional 10% discount on the above rates

You must book for the two nights, Friday and Saturday, even if you decide to
come only on Saturday morning. For further information please contact Adil Engineer at
adileng@yahoo.com or call him at 408-246-0975

For reservations at the Bug: You must call 209-966-6666 identifying yourself as a member of ZANC or e-mail bughost@yosemite.com and request your reservation,
by using your credit card.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and space is limited, hurry and call the Bug.
